1.Wash the apples, peel them and seeds, cut them into cubes about 1cm ... and put them in a pan with 3 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Leave on the fire until the apples become soft and all the juice decreases. Let it cool.

2. In the meantime we are preparing leaf: beat whole eggs for about 5 minutes with the mixer, add the sugar and beat for another 5 minutes, add the oil and chew. Then add the milk (or soda) and continue to chew, flour and baking powder. The composition should come out a little thicker than that for cake.

3. Put oil in a pan and cover with flour, and add half of the top composition, over which we add the apples. On top we put the other half of the top composition.

4. Put the tray in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 °. After it cools down a little, powder it with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
