                          Salad Coleslaw

                          • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
                          • 1/2 red onion cut into thin slices
                          • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
                          • 1/2 of a small, finely chopped red cabbage
                          • 250 ml red wine vinegar
                          • 2 lettuce heads, cut into large pieces, 2 cm
                          • 350 ml of salad dressing (prepared from blue cheese) or mayonnaise to taste
