First we prepare mayonnaise (warm water with a spoonful of sugar and yeast). In a bowl put flour, in the middle put mayonnaise, eggs, milk and oil. Knead the dough well and let it rise in a warm place.
When the dough has risen, I divided it into 4 parts. I sprinkled flour on the work table and spread a sheet of dough. With the help of a glass I cut circles that I filled with diced ham and cheese, diced tomatoes and I sprinkled oregano.
I covered each filled circle with another piece of dough cut with a glass, I joined the edges well and I placed it in the baking tray which I lined with baking paper. After I finished each piece I greased it with beaten egg with a little milk.
I put the tray in the oven at 200 degrees until it is almost browned. Before removing the whole tray, I sprinkled grated cheese and left it in the oven for another 2 minutes. Enjoy.
