To start, we have to peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them. The next step is to wipe the potatoes with paper towels. We put salt over the potatoes to taste, and then we put them in a pot and fry them in an oil bath. Fry the potatoes on the right heat. When they are ready, remove them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Cut the onion into rounds, add a pinch of salt, a tablespoon of vinegar, mix and set aside. If you want to make homemade mayonnaise, use 1 raw yolk and one boiled one. Grind them and then pour the oil little by little and mix until the desired amount of mayonnaise. I made 2 tablespoons. Put 1 teaspoon of mustard and a pinch of pepper and salt over the pork and mix. From the composition we formed 2 balls, which we then flattened. Heat the pan and then put the 2 meatballs in the pan and on top grease each meatball with a teaspoon of mustard. Leave for about 2 minutes on each side, and then turn them on the other side and grease them with mustard. We leave them for another 2 minutes after which we turn them over and grease them again with mustard. We take out the meatballs on the plate and put the cheese slices on top of them. Heat the buns in the pan. At the base of the bun we put 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, then onion, pork meatball, half a teaspoon of mustard and ketchup and slices of pickled cucumber. At the end we put the lid. Serve with french fries.

Crock Pot / Slowcooker Recipes Cheeseburger 2021 - Food - Nc to do

Contents:

This super easy recipe for Crockpot Cheeseburgers uses only five ingredients, and they are cheeseburgers in the form of unwanted sandwiches. In other words, the beef is cooked, then combined with delicious sauce ingredients for a wonderful hot sandwich.

Kids love this recipe especially. If you want, you can cook some onions and minced garlic together with the beef, if your children do not mind these ingredients. They would add an excellent flavor.

Ground meat should always be cooked before being placed in a slow cooker. If you try to cook ground meat right in the slow cooker, the recipe will be too greasy and the meat will not have the right consistency. Always cook and drain the beef, chicken, turkey, pork and sausages before cooking in a cream.

Serve this fun and light recipe with some carrot sticks, celery and apple slices. That's all you need for a great lunch or dinner.

Cheeseburger cake & # 8211 What fast food? You don't need Mec when you have something like that!

I found this cheeseburger cake recipe on the internet. I tried it and I was surprised by how good it is! The original recipe was with beef, but I used pork, I added a little mustard and hardened onions. Something insane came out. Try it too!

Ingredient:

  • 500 gr wheat flour, 1 egg, 250 gr mushrooms, 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoons salt, 300 gr grated cheese, 3 tablespoons hardened onions
  • 4 tablespoons oil, 250 ml hot water
  • 20 gr fresh yeast, 500 gr minced pork (or beef)
  • 2 onions, 3 cloves of garlic, 250 ml Mexican sauce, 5 pickles
  • 1 egg and a tablespoon of milk for greasing
  • Sesame seeds or black cumin
  • Salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

To start we will put the yeast in a bowl, add a teaspoon of sugar and a little water. Mix well until it dissolves, then cover it with a cloth and leave it aside for about 15 minutes, until it swells.

In a large bowl, mix half a kilogram of flour with an egg, salt and oil. Add the rest of the water and the puffed yeast and knead until you get a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a cloth and put it in a warm place for about 40 minutes, during which time it will rise.

After the dough has risen, transfer it to the work surface sprinkled with flour and knead it again, then divide it into two parts (one larger and one smaller). We spread the big piece of dough in a big circle, so that it covers the edges of the cake tray that we will use.

Put the dough in the tray lined with baking paper, and place it so that it protrudes beyond the edges of the tray. Put a pan with oil on the fire, add onion, garlic, salt and pepper. When fried, pour into a bowl and leave to cool slightly.

Then add in the dough tray, sprinkle a little grated cheese on top and add the Mexican sauce (or tomato sauce). Then add the pickles. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and fry them in oil, then put them in the dough tray. Sprinkle with fried onions and grease everything with mustard. At the end, add the grated cheese.

We spread the second piece of dough in a circle and put it over the grated cheese. We glue the edges very well together. Break an egg and mix it with a tablespoon of milk. With this mixture we will grease the dough and sprinkle sesame or cumin seeds on top.

Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. When it is ready, take it out of the oven, cut it into slices and serve it. Good appetite!
