It is a recipe known to everyone, even trivial, but it is prepared a little differently. I share it with you and I hope it is to your taste!

  • 8 slices of pork chop
  • 100 gr pesmet
  • 100 gr flour
  • 50 gr parmesan race
  • Peel of 1 lemon
  • 1 or
  • 50 ml milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


Beat the chops as for schnitzel, but not very thin, so that they are not dried after frying. Season each piece on both sides. Beat the egg with the milk and a little salt. The breadcrumbs are mixed with grated Parmesan cheese and lemon peel.

Heat the oil in a pan. Each schnitzel is passed through flour, then through milk egg and then through breadcrumbs. Fry the snails on both sides until nicely browned!

Remove on absorbent paper! They are very good and warm and cold, and the taste of lemon is easy to feel. They have a special taste, fried in this way. I hope you try them! Maybe when you feel like snacks, but you want a different taste than usual!
